What shipping method do you use?
Packages are sent with standard first-class mail through USPS. Orders should arrive within 5-10 business days after being shipped out depending on where you are in the world!
Can I track my package?
Yes! A tracking number will be automatically emailed to you once shipped via pirateship.com
Do you ship outside of the US?
Sure do! However i am legally unable to send out any pieces containing animal parts/bones outside of the US. I can only ship bone pieces domestically. Pieces that are made solely of metal can be sent anywhere!
How much is shipping?
Domestic shipping starts at $4.15.
International starts at $16
When will my order ship?
Ready to ship orders are typically sent out once a week, on occasion every other week.
Made to order items processing time is between 1-3 weeks. Orders are made and sent out in order received
Do you accept exchanges/returns ?
We don’t accept exchanges or returns.
In the case of receiving the wrong item or if your item is damaged please send an email to [email protected] with your order # and a photo of the item you recieved and we'll get the issue resolved
Repairs are always free, send an email over and we can discuss your repair
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages so please check your email for your tracking number
Is your bone jewelry cruelty free?
Yes! I only work with cruelty free, ethically sourced materials that are found by me or by other trusted scavengers. All bone findings are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
