Certain charms commonly used are my crucifix charms which are often silver plated and may oxidize over long term wear or water exposure. This is one of the only charm materials used that is not 100% stainless steel and can be polished using gentle silver jewelry cleaners
If your piece becomes dull from daily wear (sweat/dirt) and prefer that brand new shining finish- You can gently wash your jewelry with warm soapy water and pat dry
If your piece contains freshwater pearl:
The freshwater pearls used are genuine pearls and can be fragile with rough wear. It is recommended to avoid getting your freshwater pearl jewelry exposed to water for long periods of time as it can dull and weaken pearls overtime
