When will my order ship?
Premade item orders are sent out every other week. I ship orders in batches. Made to order/custom items can sometimes take 2-4 business weeks to be sent out. All custom orders are made in the order they are placed.
What shipping method do you use?
Packages are sent standard first-class through USPS.
Can I track my package?
Yes! Once your order has been sent out you will receive an email via pirateship with a tracking number for your package.
Do you accept exchanges/returns ?
We don’t accept exchanges or returns.
In the case of receiving the wrong item or if your item is damaged please send an email to [email protected] or a DM via shop instagram with your order # and a photo of the item you received
Repairs we offer lifetime free repairs! If for any reason one of your items is damaged please send an email over to [email protected] or send a direct message via instagram with photos of your piece and we can arrange your repair
Do you take custom orders?
Yes! Depending on the item you would like made, customs are usually open unless stated otherwise. Please email [email protected] or send a direct message via instagram @mossyelfjewelry
