FAQ/store polices:

 

When will my order ship?

Premade item orders are typically sent out every other week. I ship orders in batches. Made to order/custom items can take up to 2 business weeks. All custom orders are made and sent out in the order they are placed.


What shipping method do you use?

Packages are sent standard first-class through USPS. Domestic orders normally arrive within 5-7 business days after being shipped out. International orders take around 7-14 business days to arrive after being shipped out. 


Can I track my package?

Yes! Once your order has been sent out you will receive an email via pirateship with a tracking number for your package. 

 

Do you accept exchanges/returns ?

We don’t accept exchanges or returns. In the case of receiving the wrong item or if your item is damaged please send an email to [email protected] with your order # and a photo of the item you recieved and we'll get the issue resolved as soon as possible!


Repairs we offer lifetime free repairs! If for any reason one of your items breaks please send an email over to [email protected] or send a direct message via instagram with photos of your piece and we can arrange your repair 

 

Do you take custom orders? 

Yes! Depending on the item you would like made, customs are usually open. Please email [email protected] or send a direct message via instagram @mossyelfjewelry
