Shipping + store polices:
When will my order ship?
Orders consisting of solely premade items are sent out once a week. Currently all orders including made to order/custom items can take anywhere between 1-3 business weeks to be made and sent out as all custom orders are created in the order they are placed.
What shipping method do you use?
Packages are sent standard first-class through USPS. Please allow 5-10 days for your order to arrive after receiving your tracking number.
Can I track my package?
Yes! Once your order has been sent out you will receive an email via pirateship with a tracking number for your package.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
We don’t accept returns or exchanges.
In the case of receiving the wrong item or if your item arrives damaged please send an email to [email protected] or send a direct message via shop instagram @mossyelfjewelry with your order # and a photo of the item you received.
Repairs
We offer free lifetime repairs! If for any reason one of your items has broken please send an email over to [email protected] or send a direct message via instagram with photos of your piece and we can arrange your repair.
Do you take custom orders?
